Rank Advancement Six steps to Sapphire

But to be there we have few steps we need to pass. 

I know must or not all of you are in this business to earn an extra income.   For many it seems a bit overwhelming. But it is not.  You just have to work at it consistently.  Set out  the hours you have to work on your new business. Whether it is one hour a day, 10 hours a week etc.  Or perhaps you are just going to do it full time and not stop until you reach your goal. You will be there in the end. There are people who have reached diamond rank in Jeunesse within two months time!   And it is not a hear say.  They are actually on our team ,-) And we have all the resources we need to do like them.   You have heard the phrase "How do you eat an elephant?" Well one bite at time.  

I recently saw this photo that illustrates what it takes to reach you goal and success.   It demonstrates what it takes perfectly. 90% of how success comes to be is invisible. Yet, if going at it systematically, one increases his chances of success dramatically. The first thing one needs to get rid of is negative beliefs of money and success.  

This is what everyone goes through reaching their success.   It takes work, time, sacrifice and you will fail and you will be disappointed at times.  Just not let it drag you down.  Everything new takes time and you will get better at it.  The best advice I have ever heard is "dont quit".  We have all seen this one:

Now when you know what it takes, all you need to do is START!   

Here is how you reach the Sapphire rank within Juenesse.  I am sure you can use an extra $4000 - $5000 a month ;-)  Let's set that as your first goal.  Remember Smart goals. Write your goals down on a piece of paper.  It is scientifically proven that it is more likely you will achieve your goals that way. 

Step one: Become an Associate by buying the Starter Kit.
You can begin earning Retail Profit, Preferred Customer Bonuses, and New Customer Acquisition Bonuses immediately upon the purchase of the mandatory Starter Kit.* Associates do not accumulate points. As an Associate you can earn: Retail Profit Preferred Customer Bonuses Customer Acquisition Bonuses

Step two: Become Distributor by purchasing at least 100 PV Product package.
You must have purchased a mandatory Starter Kit and accumulated 100 PV within a 30-day period within one year of purchasing your Starter Kit.  As a distributor you will start accumulating Commissionable Volume (CV) points. Customer Acquisition Bonuses Commissionable Volume (CV) etc. 

Step three: Become Executive by signing up two people as distributors.
You become Executive when you have personally enrolled 2 Distributors (1 in each team who have each generated 100 PV points in one month). Now you will also start earning Team Commissions. $35 Team Commissions. 

Step four: Become Jade Executive
You become Jade when you have personally enrolled 4 Executives (minimum of 1 in each team) or 8 Distributors (minimum of 3 in each team). You will now also earn $35 Team Commissions  and 20% Match on level one. 

Step five: Become Pearl Executive 
You become Pearl when you have personally enrolled 8 Executives (minimum of 2 in each team) or 12 Distributors (minimum of 3 in each team).  You will earn $35 Team Commissions 20% Match on level one and 15% Match on level two. 

WOW.  You are almost there!

Step six: Become Sapphire Executive
You will become Sapphire when you have personally enrolled 12 Executives (minimum of 3 in each team). You will earn the $35 Team Commissions 20% Match on level one 15% Match on level two and 10% Match on level three.    According to the picture on the top that might give you a monthly $4000- $5000.   

Now you can really give you a pat on the back for a job well done.  Now you just need to write down your next goal. 
I am not going to go deeper on the rank chart for now. You will find the exact Financial Compensation plan on your Juenesse website and in the backoffice. 

The best thing about the Jeunesse Financial Compensation plan is that to get to the higher ranks you always need to take you team members with you.   Their success is your success.  I have not seen that in the Corporate world.  So Network Marketing is definately a better way.
